    Rules and Regulations
 
 
  • Students are required to speak only in English within the school premise except in the vernacular period.
  • Students must turn-out smartly dressed on the prescribed uniform during all schooldays. The uniform must be clean and neatly pressed, shoes well polished, finger-nails well-manicured and hair well combed. The boy students must have a decent hair-cut and the girl must tie their hair with the school prescribed ribbon
  • Each student must possess a school diary, which must be carried to school on all working days.
  • Students must record their homework details on diary, which needs to be checked and signed daily by parents/ guardians on confirmation of the child having done his/her homework. For boarders diary must be signed by the hostel teacher or study teacher.
  • Students must be regular and punctual to school.
  • Parents are expected to collect their children’s report cards on the specified dates without failure.
  • Parents and Guardians are not allowed to see their children or meet the teachers during class hours without the permission of the principal or vice-principal.
  • If a student is likely to be absent due to illness for a long period of time, the principal or vice-principal must be well informed in time.
  • Should there be any infectious diseases at home, parents should report the fact to the principal at once and should not send the child to class till the danger of infection is over.
  • Verbal complaints are no entertained. Parents are requested not to enter into dialogues with any member of staff but to put down their complaints or suggestions in writing and drop sealed envelopes into the Suggestion Box available in the account section.
  • All should take an honest pride in keeping the school clean. Be very careful during the Recess (Play Time); lets no litter the school ground.
  • Students should not bring valuables like gold ornaments, cameras etc. and no undesirable books or articles are to be brought into the school premises. The school does not accept responsibility for loss of such things.
  • Unauthorized lending or borrowing of money within the school premises is not permissible.
  • Any damage or breakage done in or about the school premises by students must be compensated by the parents/guardians paying the cost of repair etc.
  • Enrollment of SVP implies on the part of pupils’ and parents’ willingness to comply with the requirements and regulation of the school. The Founder Principal has the right to suspend the attendance or expel any pupil whose conduct or academic progress is not satisfactory.
  • The parents/ guardians must ensure that their children are taken home promptly after school hours. The bus rider students are to be picked up at the designated bus stops by parents/ guardians.
  • A 45-day prior notice is requiring to be given to the office in case of withdrawal of a student.
  • In case of withdrawal of student from the school, a transfer certificate and character certificate will be issued only after all dues are cleared.
  • Buying any eatable from any of the outside vendors during school hours is restricted.
  • While moving along corridors or up and down the stairs, children must walk in silence and should give preference to the teachers first.
  • Students are not permitted to come out of their class-rooms during class-hours or in between periods.
  • Use or foul language or creating an unpleasant scene or resorting to physical assault on anybody within the school premises and negligence of regular academic work or use of unfair means in examinations etc. are acts of gross indiscipline, which are not tolerated at any costs.
  • No day scholar is entitled to enter the Hostel premises anytime. Besides, no student is allowed to go to the Administrative office to Teacher’s Room without any genuine work.
  • The school opens on the working days expect on national and local holidays. The school calendar will be distributed by the school.
  • Suggestions and voluntary services are always appreciated from the parents.
